This is a control that I came up with years ago and shared it with a handful of people. If you can reliably faro, then you'll find this a fantastic tool that you can use at a moments notice to control any card into any position in one shuffle or less! Explanation below.

This explains in detail (~13 min. in length) how to achieve this control the easy way AND the impromptu way. It also covers how to use the formula so that you can put a card into any position in the deck. NOTE: If you don't faro, this will be useless to you.
